ORG Can Making, composed of Beijing ORG-MC Metal Containers Co. Ltd. Beijing ORG Printing Science&Technology Holding Co. Ltd. And Linyi ORG Tinplate Printing&Can Making Co. Ltd. Hainan ORG Packaging Industry Co. Ltd. , is a multiple economic entity which mainly produces food cans, beverage cans, chemical cans, some other plain and decorated tin containers and also handles such business as food processing, import and export trade, tourism and restaurant. With a rapid development since its foundation in 1995, ORG Can Making has become one of the largest manufacturer of Tin Cans in China with large can-making capacity, advanced technology and various product range. ORG Can Making at present possesses four printing and coating lines, eight can-making lines, seven end-making lines, with an annual production capacity of 700 million cans. The main production lines and equipments for key processes such as cutting, printing, coating, welding, stripe coating, necking, seaming, packaging and end-making were all imported from the UK, Japan, Italy, Switzerland, Germany, the US, Singapore. ORG Can Making has adopted powder stripping technology in all processes, it purchased raw and subsidiary materials with well-known brands from famous manufacturers home and abroad, that has fundamentally solved the problems of anti-acid and anti-sulphur in the products and LED the product quality to the leading level among the alike products in China and to the advanced level in the world. At the beginning of 2002, ORG Can Making established the quality testing center and the technology research and development center in succession, which introduced advanced special testing instruments for steel cans from the US, Germany and Israel, realized computerization and programming in test at the entrance for raw and subsidiary materials, quality control in the course of production, and the in-and-out test of finished products in storehouse. ORG Can Making has been emphasizing on the research and development of technology for years, as part of which, it established the technology research and development center with a special fund, composed an expert committee to conduct the research and introduced some special technology such as powder striping, which enables the production technology, research and development capability to remain on the advanced level all along. ORG Can Making firstly won the National Technology Innovation Prize for Excellent Packing Enterprises conferred by China Packing Technology Association in November 2001. ORG Can Making acquired the certificate of ISO 9002 Quality Authentication in September 2000. In the new century and new millennium, ORG Can Making made a new strategy of ''carrying out brand strategy, advancing network construction and re-creating success in the new march '', which draw the grand blueprint for the magnificent prospects of ORG.
